The Falcon Xpress MXP high speed oven combines 4 different cooking energies (impingement, convection, infra-red radiant and microwave) to enable the user to produce a wide range of menu items fast. It's ideal for establishments such as quick service restaurants, hospitals, hotel room service and stadium catering. The 7in touch screen display can be configured to suit the users requirements, showing only those recipes that are required for your menu. Other food items can be easily added and timings amended, as well as being able to upload your own images for instant recognition. It only takes one touch to start cooking too - put the item into the oven and press the button! The oven chamber is large enough to accommodate a 14in pizza. the unit itself isn't big, measuring only 640mm wide and with a depth of less than 700mm means it easily fits on a standard counter.
