Dominator Plus single pan, twin basket gas fryer with built-in filtration and Fryer Angel safety system. The Fryer Angel prevents fires and flare-ups by cutting power to the burners if insufficient oil is present. This applies at any point, whether it be during service or switching on at the beginning of shift, ensuring a higher level of safety for staff, customers and facilities. The inbuilt filtration makes keeping the oil clean easy and can be carried out while the oil is warm. Regular filtration extends oil life and maintains oil quality, improving safety and food quality. Chip capacity is 34kg per hour from 18 litres of oil.
