Handcrafted in Japan in the tradition of the Samurai sword, Global knives are made from high carbon CROMOVA 18 Stainless Steel which includes molybdenum and vanadium for first class edge retention, and a high chromium content for improved stain resistance. Outstandingly sharp edges ground straight to a point, not bevelled. Smooth contours and seamless construction eliminates food and dirt traps for the ultimate in safety and hygiene. A range of knives with solid metal handles for extra control and very small fine blades for peeling and fine chopping.
