Selecting delivery addresses

When you first register on this site you will need to set-up your invoicing address, but you can also store, edit and delete multiple delivery addresses for later selection (at checkout) when you place orders.

To use this facility you must be logged into your account. Delivery addresses are stored within the 'My Account > My Details page.

Saving a basket
  • Our 'Saved Basket' function allows you to save the contents of your basket for review next time you visit the site.
  • This feature allows you to add & remove products, as well as update quantities as required.
  • Saved Baskets can be accessed from the My Account page.  When you decide to complete the purchase, click on the ‘Checkout Basket’ link and  your saved basket will be loaded into the checkout.
  • If you no longer require a saved basket you can also delete it from within the 'My Account' area.
  • You can save as many baskets as you require.  You are able to name your saved baskets to make it quick and easy to identify them.
  • In order to use saved baskets you must have registered and be logged in.
  • After adding the required products to your basket click on the 'My Basket' tab at the top right of the page and click the 'Save Basket' button.
Adding products to a Stock List
  • Our Stock List feature allows you to save a list of products for review each time you visit the site.  For example, this feature should prove helpful if you are wanting to order the same products on a frequent basis or wanting to quickly review prices for your frequently ordered items.
  • You will find the Add to Stocklist button displayed on every product page.  Simply click this button to add the product to your Stocklist. 
  • Once you have added the first product, your Stocklist can found on the ‘My Account’ page.  From here, you can add & remove your selected products, as well as update quantities as required.
  • You are also able to leave useful comments alongside each item, e.g. ‘This product is used in ACME Restaurants’. 
  • If a product is Out of Stock you can use the ‘Email me when back in stock’ feature and we will notify you when it is available to order again.
  • You can add products to your basket from the Stocklist by simply clicking the ‘Add to Basket’ button.  For convenience and speed, we have also included a ‘Buy all items’ button that allows you to add all products in your Stocklist to your basket.
  • To use this facility you must be registered and logged into your account.
Regular Buys
  • Our Regular Buys feature saves a list of products you have previously ordered from this site enabling you to quickly and easily re-order items when required.
  • Your Regular Buys list can be found on the ‘My Account’ page.  Once you have selected the quantity you require, simply click on the Re-order button and the product will be loaded into your basket.
  • To use this facility you must be registered and logged into your account.
Delivery

If you are a trade customer of Lockhart Catering Equipment with agreed contract terms, please note that your delivery charges will be applied at the checkout (once you have logged into the site).

Payment

If you are a trade customer with a credit facility and register your account on this site, you will be able to place orders up to your agreed credit limit.  Should you wish you will also be able to pay by credit or debit card if it is more convenient for you to do so.  You will be presented with both payment options at the checkout.  Furthemore, you can choose to pay for your order via PayPal if this is more convenient for you.  Again, you will see the PayPal option at the checkout.

Cancelling or amending an order
  • If you need to cancel or amend an order after submitting it, please call us on Tel: 03701 678678 between 9.00am and 5.00pm quoting your order reference number. Alternatively you can email us websales@lockhartcatering.co.uk quoting your order reference number.
